Cancellation Policy

My booking system automatically sends a confirmation when the appointment is booked and a reminder 4 days prior to your appointment.
If not canceled or contacted before the 24 hour mark, you will be charged 50% of the total price for the services booked. 
My system will not let you make changes to your appointment if you are within the 24 hour time frame so please do it prior to that time.
If you come into your appointment or the day of and cancel a service, you will be charged 50% of that services price.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment,

you will be charged for the service(s) booked.

Late Policy

If you are 5 or more minutes late for your appointment, due to my services being shorter time slots, there is a possibility that I will not have time to complete your service(s). 
I always try to be as accommodating as I can be, however, it depends on how much time I have in my schedule. 
If I do not have enough time, you will be charged 50% of the service or services I could not fit in.

Invoice Policy

If you have been sent an invoice due to any of the policies and it is not paid, you will not be able to book until it is.
