Cancellation Policy

Please text or leave a voicemail if you need to cancel.

Contact me within 24 hours of your appointment.

My booking system automatically sends a confirmation when the appointment is booked and a reminder 4 days prior to your appointment.

If you come into your appointment or the day of and cancel a service, you will be charged that services total price.

If not canceled or contacted before the 24 hour mark, you will be charged for the total amount of the services booked.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment,

you will be charged for the service(s) booked.

Late Policy

If you are 5 or more minutes late of your appointment, due to my services being shorter time slots, there is a possibility that I will not have time to complete your service(s).

I always try to be as accommodating as I can be, however it depends how much time I have in my schedule.

If I do not have enough time, you will be charged for the service or services I could not fit in.
