Polices help create a smooth experience for both of us. They set clear expectations, protect appointment times, keeping my schedule running smoothly, and makes sure our relationship stays fair and stress free! When you are booking with me, you are accepting the terms below, as well as, you will be asked to accept these policies during the booking process!
24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be invoiced for the full service. This allows me to offer the spot to someone else.
No-Show Policy
If you miss an appointment without notice, the price of the services booked will be charged to the card saved on file. If there isn't one available, an invoice will be sent to the email on your profile. After 3 no-shows, I may no longer be able to accept future bookings. I understand things come up, but a quick heads-up helps keep the schedule running smoothly for everyone and honestly, it shows you care. <3
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are
5-10 minutes late, I may need to reschedule or adjust your service to avoid overlapping with my next client. This helps keep things running smoothly for everyone. If we have to adjust your services due to arrival time, you be charged 50% of the service or services I could not fit in.
Invoice Policy
If you have been sent an invoice due to any of the above policies and it is not paid or lack of communication with me, you will not be able to book until paid.
